We’ve been running an exciting ChangeMaker programme with Glyndebourne Youth Opera for the past few months, which will continue until April 2024. 60 young people in two companies across Sussex are exploring activism through the arts - music, visual art, theatre and movement - in order to create a lasting legacy of climate related change at Glyndebourne opera house itself. Together we are exploring how to use the arts to alert Glyndebourne audiences about the threat of climate change and to persuade them to take a small but significant action of change. Stay tuned for regular updates about our progress.

The global population has now reached 8 billion people. By empowering 8 million ChangeMakers, we will reach 0.1% of the population, enough of a tipping point to make a noticeable difference and have an impact on many more. Find out how we measure Change.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Human Hive is a Social Enterprise with a mission to empower 8 million ChangeMakers by 2030. We define a ChangeMaker as a person or organisation actively striving to be the difference WITH, not FOR others - which means they work inclusively and collaboratively to solve collective problems that regenerate People, Place, and Planet.
We believe that real change happens when you supercharge the power of people to help themselves, giving them:
